This anti-glue needle has a special coating that withstands the gummy build-up you can experience when stitching fabrics fixed with basting sprays, sticky stabilizers, iron-on interfacings, sticky Velcro, etc. Also good for stitching light to medium weight rubber-back fabrics. This needle has a light ball point, great for multi-directional stitching, such as hooped embroidery, applique, decorative stitching or plain zigzag.
If you are always cleaning your needle from a sticky build-up then try this anti-glue needle that is made for the job, with its special coating.

Do you have issues with your free motion stitching? We use a free motion foot, so why not also use a bobbin holder made for free motion work. The majority of Janome Bobbin Holders have a coloured dot, the most common being the red dot bobbin holder for everyday sewing.
This FMQ bobbin holder is often called the Blue Dot Bobbin Holder. It is preset with a lower tension, making it easier to achieve even tension control when free motion quilting or using the machines built-in hand-look stitches. Stitch smarter and enjoy your creative passion.

Did you know that a needle gram for gram is the most important piece of metal on your machine. If you are sewing along at 600 stitches per minute, your needle is piercing the fabric TEN times per second. Each and every time, it must put your thread in exactly the right place at the right time for every stitch. It’s no wonder a worn needle can cause problems for your machine. You should start each new project with a new needle. Even better, you should choose the brand of needle constructed for your machine.
Janome needles are specifically designed for your machine, they are engineered to enable your Janome machine to produce the best quality stitches. Janome sharp needles have a sharp point which cuts through tightly woven fabric and is ideal for natural fabrics. Our sharp needles are suitable for linen, cotton, chiffon, georgette, net, fine lace, voile, gingham, muslin, poplin, gabardine, broadcloth, velvet, wool, fake fur, curtain fabrics and more woven fabrics.
